Days out include Pettits Animal Adventure Park historic Norwich for culture and cuisine the coastal resort of Great Yarmouth for sandy beaches and R.S.P.B. Reserve at Strumpshaw Fen. Alternatively simply relax and watch the activities on this picturesque stretch of the river however please be vigilant with children. It is a good location for exploring the pretty villages and waterways of the Broads. The sandy beaches of the East Coast are within easy driving distance. There is a chain ferry which can take you from one side of the river to the other and to the village shops and pubs. Leisure facilities: private mooring and fishing directly from the garden. The accommodation offers THREE bedrooms: 2 doubles and 1 twin with a pull-out bed underneath. Bathroom: bath with hand held shower and shower cubicle. Lounge: with wood floors throughout Flatscreen TV DVD and woodburner (first basket of logs included thereafter available locally). Conservatory: accessed via patio doors from the lounge with seating and leads out onto the decking. Kitchen/diner: well-equipped with electric oven and hob fridge/freezer washing machine dishwasher and microwave. Dining area with electric living flame fire. Cloakroom. Utility room. Outside: enclosed garden with decking BBQ seating and fenced access to river with private moorings. Amenities: parking down a narrow lane and garage for small car. Bed linen towels and electric and Wi-Fi included. Central heating included between 1st October and 31st May. Central heating supplement applies June to October. Stairgate. Regret no smoking. 1 well-behaved dog welcome. There is a 100 security deposit payable. Location: pub/restaurants within walking distance. Arrival: 4pm.
